How many emails or live chats do FPA staff do before sending it to a vote?

The FPA member bringing the case is required to have had at least 2 contacts with the company before filing the case. If one of those didn't include a direct invitation to the member's Scam Alerts thread, then the member needs to send one more. If the company still doesn't reply, I send the formal FPA invitation. Typically, the invitation I send is the final attempt to draw the company into the discussion. Since you reported no further contacts, I moved this thread to Open Cases. Unless the company chooses to end its silence, the vote begins at the beginning of the following week.
