Thank you for the suggestions

I have contacted the ombudsman service but sadly they seem to be bias. Their motto is the following. It is all about fair... they say that it was unfair for the broker to do a promotion and come out with a profit and the company losing out from their promotion. I know it sounds ridiculous but this is their reply. unfortuanely they are bias (although not officially) see here for reviews on the ombudsmen service from the biggest review website.

If you are in the UK, read the following article and follow the full procedures
thisismoney.co.uk/money/saving/article-1585903/A-guide-complaining-financial-services.html

Email the FCA asking how to complain about this forex/spread bet firm.
Further you must submit your writing complaint to GKFX. Don't forget to mention that you suspect they have not enough liquidity to meet their liabilities to their customers thus confistication of your bonuses.

They have the liquidity, but it isn't onsite. The money is sitting in one of two banks that are specially set up for scam artists.

Check that FCA registration closely - it may just be a passport from Cyprus.

GUILTY!

Taking away a bonus after a withdrawal request was made is ill mannered and unethical:

While this GKFX stood to profit from the large percentile of losing traders that have been stimulated by the free house money to gamble with, they (GKFX) held on to this bet until a withdrawal request was made. This excuse suits GKFX only after the fact, accentuating it's capabilities in risk management and mitigation as useless.

You can now take the matter to court!
Don't let them get away.
The ruling is not so strange, considering the british models and business morale.

You can take them to court, IF, they are actually in the UK. Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan's skyscrapers have been built by the fraudulent binary option and forex scam sites. I hope for your sake that they are indeed physically located in the UK. GREAT LUCK TO YOU!! (It is cost prohibitive to bring a lawsuit in the Israeli court system, I have been there, thought about the costs involved and said, "Thank you, we will go our separate ways here.) Have you tried winchargeback.com? If the time hasn't expired, go after your credit cards requesting a chargeback and/or use winchargeback.com.

thank you for all your help.

1.They are in the uk so i have considered taking them to court and will probably do so. The issues with court is that there is a limit to small claims of being £10k. anything above that the costs skyrocket. especially if one loses then one has to pay the other sides costs, but if it is a small claims then there is a somewhat limit on the defendants cost. I would not be positive that i would win after they have gotten an ombudsman decision.
2. perhpaps somone knows a lawyer who could help me in this case. I would prefer no win no fee / or a small upfront fee, (otherwise there is a large conflict of interest as the lawyer would promise me a lot just to earn his upfront fee) i found this with gambrione law
www.giambronelaw.com/forex-class-actions-english.html that there was a large conflict of interest and that they would probably not do much more than i could do besides write a fancy letter. for other peoples experiences with this law firm...

3. winchargeback unfortunately won't help as it was with bank transfer. and i would probably lose a chargeback anyway as i did lose the large amounts in the trades legitimately but the dispute is on the bonus and the broker will just show the chargeback provider the list of trades.
4. I can also try The Mail on Sunday (Tony Hetherington) or The Mirror (Andrew Penman), both do investigations. Thank you johnhancock for that.
