I agree, the more I read about these cases, having now been a victim myself, all I can tell you is just try to get back the amount of money you handed over to them. If you manage this consider yourself one of the lucky ones. They are guilty and have defrauded. Just try to limit your losses and get back what you put in or as much of it as you can.

Guilty!
Report to ActionFraud and get a case number, and claim your money back by making a Charge Back claim from your Bank.

As soon as I read the name Jake Parker, I was suspicious. That is exactly the kind of false name that these criminals use. The name will change depending on what language you speak or where you live.
Anyway, definitely guilty. And by the way, if you do eventually manage to get any of your money back you can ignore the "profit" that you made. All that belongs to you is what you invested/deposited with them.
Thank you for your advise. It does not matter if I dont get the profit. The most important is I get all what I have invested to them.

Try winchargeback.com to see if they can help you out. The have a good reputation and a pretty good success rate of getting scammed people's money back. Good luck!

Did you read their agreement? It is some thing like scam. They want your credit card details and say if there is something wrong we dont care.

Only the person scammed does the work to get things started. I do my best to help by pointing people to the best place to go as a next step. I am going by what was written as the original scam. If the scammed cannot get a chargeback from their bank due to a time limit, then that's why I advised to go to winchargeback.com. Whatever their "agreement" is, that is bunk, I don't need to read it, unenforceable.
