Original FPA Traders Court Submission:

I am submitting the case against: www.cmstrader.com

My Case is: I was contacted by David from cmstrader with an investment opportunity to trade with forex.Then i deposited $950 to activate my account.The my account was handed over to mr Steven Black to be my account manager.In a week he manage to make $3000.The problem started when he demanded that i put in more $15000 or he will stop to trade for me.then i asked for my money back.he sad i won't get the profit but my capital.then now he stopped trading and i am not getting my money back after i have requested several times.i don't want to do anything with this company because they are Scam.

Today Steven from Cmstrader did respond he said he processed the money yesterday and i will get it in 3-5 working days

But he said i will only get my $950 not the profit because i did nothing to accumulate it.

Let's see if we can get the initial deposit back first. Once that money is secured, then publicly bring up the profits.
