Original FPA Traders Court Submission:

I am submitting the case against: www.binaryonline.com

My Case is: I have started with Binaryonline in December 2017, later they proposed that I do the Algo testing, and deposited more money a total of 5000 USD, made profits, when I wanted to withdraw, I was told that my account has gone in a dormant state, and I need to do 5 trades to activate my account again, I did the trades, and made more profit, my account total is USD 12'559.61. I tried withdrawing my funds again, but they are either cancel the requests without a reason being given, or leaving them pending, went in circle with the support team, investigation team, finance team, and lots of emails going back and forth without any positive outcome. after posting on your website, I got a phone call from Victor, who was using a passive aggressive tone with me, and telling me that I have violated their company rules, and I was the one who complicated matters, when my view was that if you have basically transfered my money, the case would have not being escalated, he asked for more time on Thursday 28th, Jun, 2018, and I waited till now, and heard nothing positive from them!

Such behaviour is unacceptable. It seams to me that those greedy, so called Brokers can't stop a second from stealing clients capital. After they steal your cash they come out with such lame pointless excuses that can't convince even a five years old child. That's why i vote them SCAM and i'll hope that all traders will follow advise and don't touch this company with a ten foot pool. Let them taste theirs own medicine and get bankrupt. Shame on you BinaryOnline!!! Shame on you.
 
As guilty as guilty can be. I had the same responses from Greymountain Mgt, almost to the letter. These scammers will be brought down and face justice at one time or another.
 
I vote scam, it doesn't take alot of conversation to release a withdrawal; unless either the money in the account doesn't exist or it's already been redirected!!! Either way, I vote scam!!!

GUILTY!!
VicDLats is quite correct, this is a well established scam and tens of thousands of scammed "investors" using these websites have also found it impossible to withdraw funds from these fraudulent so called on-line options brokers. They are in fact just a facility to steal your money - you are betting against their website NOT the market and they control all the trades. The money you see in your account is not really there, it's just a number with no cash backing. Your money was taken by them as soon as you deposited it and they have no intention what so ever of giving anything back. You can argue with them until the cows come home but you will not get a penny returned - it's their business plan to keep all deposits and only return small amounts to give people confidence to 'invest ?' more. They have specialist people to argue with you why you cant withdraw any money - if you become too persistent then they will just ignore your calls and emails. They win, they have your money ....

If you deposited with them using a Debit or Credit card then a Chargeback request to your Bank is probably the only way you will get any money back. You believed you were trading with a genuine company who gave you promises of service which they have failed to do. They have continually put obstacles in the way of you withdrawing your funds. Your claim should be "Good or Services were not as described or promised" and claim back all your deposits. Forget any amount you have "won" as this was not real money anyway, if you get your deposits back then you will be a winner! Good luck - another lesson learnt in life along with thousands of others.
 
I notice there are 2 votes for Not Guilty but no messages of explanation or reason have been posted here supporting their opinion. This would lead me to conclude these votes were cast by the scammers themselves who have some of their own people planted in the FPA. At the time of writing 45 say guilty and 2 say not guilty, I think that speaks for it's self!!
