How do you become a Private? 1st class? Coporal? etc.?

For enlisted ranks, it's a combination of time enrolled in the FPA and number of posts made. To go from Recuit to Private, it's a few days and about 10 posts. I'm not totally sure about the numbers above that (I think they got changed a couple of times).

I think to become an officer, you have to drop nuclear weapons on scammers.
