Dear all members ,
sorry if my thread at a wrong forum or not :)

I has bad experience at last week with hanseatic broker form german
hanseatic-brokerhouse.com

from before I has trade 3 month
at first I has bonus $25 and get $290 from swipestox
i thiink this broker is good
I get started from $200 and trade again but I has bonus from swipestox account $475 at credit so my equity $675
I try to trade and up and down again you know at forex up into equity $1000 and down again into equity $300
but at FOMC I has hold trade from monday SELL NZD USD and get profit $1000 and trade again SELL AUD USD and get profit again for totally my equity is $1400
but before trade at FOMC I has request withdraw but they say it cant because my balance less than my credit
okay I think this is term of condition for withdraw
but after FOMC i request withdraw again $974 but they blocked my account and disabled my MT4 account
they said I has fraudently and abusing bonus system?
WTF If I has fraudently bonus system my account will not has big loss

but they say fraud
if My account has been fraud why not blocked at first request withdraw

at october send request withdraw $290 and completed
at november request withdraw $249 has rejected with reason balance is less than credit
at last week has request withdraw $947 has been blocked and they said i'm fraud

Hanseatic send email again to me and they said because I has refferal more than 150 member but not has verification
really funny issue documents and my referral account verification is not my responsibility, it's up to them whether to verify his account or not
whereas the referral bonus will go after referral to trade 10 times and amounted to 1 standard lot in my swipestox bonus account is still pending bonus so what is wrong?
I promote in my group there are about 4000 members in rup Facebook, in forums, in whassapp their group and subsequent listing of their affairs if their account is verified or not.

It has always been our endeavour to pursue the interests of our clients to the best of our abilities.
However, after careful consideration of the overall activity of your account, it has been decided to close your account unilaterally.

Particularly, you opened your account with us on October 14th and after successfully providing valid documents for the verification, on October 24th, your account was fully enabled and all the services were fully enabled to you.
After generating profits in your account, representing bonuses from our partner SwipeStox, as well as successful trades, on October 31st, you requested a withdrawal in amount of 290.14 USD which was approved and executed on November 1st.
However, after some time and at the beginning of December, as a result of our ongoing monitoring of clients´ accounts, it has come up to our attention that a significant amount of new accounts have been referred by you, roughly 150. After a closer verification of the mentioned accounts, the action was deemed to be an abuse to our services and the Bonus Program, as per the conditions set.
Please take into consideration that the criteria of the SwipeStox Referral Bonus are considered to be met once the referred accounts have been verified (all required valid documents have been provided and approved by Hanseatic Brokerhouse), a part from the other requirements mentioned in the Terms and Conditions of the SwipeStox Bonus Structure.
However, if you consider that all (or at least the majority) of the referred accounts can provide in due time (15 natural days from the sending of this e-mail) the required valid documents, they should be made available to us in advance and we will be happy to reinstate those accounts after successful verification, including your account and make available the corresponding bonuses, as per the terms and conditions.
We strive to provide professional and transparent services and customer support to our clients, and the safeguarding of all of our clients´ interests is of important value to us. We consider our services, as well as our partners´, SwipeStox, to have been provided as per the Terms and Conditions applicable and all measures that have been taken following the careful consideration of the activity related to your account and those affiliated to it, to be in line with the criteria set out and fair in order to also protect the sustainability of the Bonus Program and the fairness to those participating in it.

I has send this link but they reply me just at email
they say I must said to all my refferal to verification their account and hanseatic will open my account
so funny i dont know who is my refferal because I share it at my group

The information provided by such referrals, which lead us to deem them as untrue, represent confidential data (e.g. names, domains, IPs, etc) and we ask for your understanding regarding our obligation to not disclose this type of data.

We recognize that such actions might not have been instigated by you and it is possible that you were not actively or directly involved in the creation of the mentioned untrue accounts and we reiterate that your account was closed as a consequence of the affiliation with such untrue data.

Okay I'm so happy you want to clarify this problem
I want to say i dont know some of my refferal but I know several
and I want to say all many refferal is when you say is fake or not has verification that bonus still pending and i'm not use it so if this refferal your problem you can take all pending bonus that no problem
but some refferal when has actived bonus they has send verification document to you but i dont know you check it or not because they upload it from swipestox and they receive email must send again document but they was upload an document
i say too for chat hanseatic if has problem but your customer service say " because has many member regitration at hanseatic verification will be late " but after 15 days they not receive email again what you mean for patient waiting verification but not check it and after 15 days you suspend and block their account
my experience 3 month ago you service so good but now you say must verification before 15 days , but after upload document you say waiting for a moment after 15 days get an email again
