Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Pharaoh would you please check this broker.I have a very serious issue with them.I am stuck with the trade over which I do not have control. The so called account manager opened it on the 28th of January If I ask him to close the trade cause I need to withdraw he says it is impossible to close it because the market does not allow. His actual words are:"The market volatility does not allow him to close the trade". I am confused whether the broker itself is dodgy or the person who is dealing with my account.Communication with them is only telephonically which is next to zero cause I managed to get hold of the guy maybe 4 times since he opened the trade.I phone everyday sometimes 5 times a day with no avail. Please Pharaoh help me.My husband is so depressed he even think of going to London personally to face these people.

I haven't had the privilege of being introduced to them. ;)

I don't see any regulatory info on the broker's website. This story of being unable to close a trade strikes me as an incredibly lame excuse. Chances are that the London address is nothing more than a virtual office. Still, a report to ActionFraud and the UK FCA can't hurt.

How and when did you deposit?

It may be too late, but go ahead and get in touch with the fraud department at your card's issuing bank. Deadlines vary depending on what country you are in.

When I read this story and many other I ask myself if there's a lot of people that work very hard to surf the web to find the most strange and unregulated brokers in the planet.....

I know we're not supposed to blame the victims, but this is a very good point. :D
