Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Asking questions about a company
Recovery rooms are all scams. They have no authority to do anything.
Hire a lawyer if you're willing to spend thousands for a chance. Any "recovery room" has zero ability to really do anything. How are they going to magically recover funds that even a lawyer will have a tremendous difficulty doing? Some of them like EFRI are very clever but still totally powerless. All they can do is send letters.

Someone give me the name of this recovery firm but I can trust and I need to do some research before I am going to do any steps.
If is anyone heard of them or get help please contact me.
Any information is helpful.
I read some reviews about them on trust pilot and they all are in the good way but except there I can find anything else.
Thanks
I have engaged their services to recover my investment from a bogus cryptocurrencies platform but after more than 6 months, not a single report from them was given despite numerous promises mush less on the recovery of the losses. Utterly disappointing.

Do you have any direct experience with these 2 company for recovering money?

Think they are scammers too, because they are asking upfront payment.
Please share your feedback.
Thanks

Let's see . . . . . .

The scamsrecovery.com domain was registered on July 30, 2020 after being dropped by a prior owner.

They claim to have recovered money from companies that shut down years ago. That's all the warning you need to realize this is a company to avoid.

Googling a sentence from one of their testimonials shows the exact same words on more than one suspicious looking recovery site. Even if the original testimonial is true, do you want to play a guessing game about which company it's for and which companies stole the text?

They promise fast and easy success, but give no details on how they can achieve this. That's standard for recovery room scams.

The winaclaim.com domain was registered on January 24, 2019 after being dropped.

This one gives at least some hints about how they work. The information is still far too vague.

BIG up front fees for most things and a claim of quick resolutions. Even simple chargebacks can stretch out to months, and anything more complex would typically take far longer.

They offer some sort of class action option for a fee, but give no information other than a breakdown of things like photocopying costs and courier fees. In the real world, those would vary wildly depending on how much paperwork is involved. They also list transportation and accommodation costs. Wow, so they can either get around in their own city (wherever that is) or fly around the world and stay at a reasonably nice hotel long enough for court hearings, etc for under a couple hundred Euros. In the real world, asking a lawyer to spend an hour sitting in traffic would cost more than this, and there's no way to say "but costs will be divided among clients" when they expect all clients to pay a flat fee up front whether there are 10 clients or 10,000 clients participating in the lawsuit. All this and more for 25 euros less than they charge to trace a crypto transaction.

I checked two of the reviews at the bottom of the page. They were stolen from GlassDoor reviews for WealthRecoveryInternational, which is one of the earlier recovery room scams.

Looks like a fancier version of a recovery room scam site to me.

It is a SCAM, they take an initial service fee but everything they offer is fake, they even created a fake website of a fake Law firm they pretend they work with, and after few months of fake negotiations they say your initial scammers agreed to send your stolen asset or money(according to a fake agreement with fake signatures and even a fake Invoice) to this Law firm bradshawandwilliams.com for Arbitration and you have to pay them another fee if you want to recover it.They also offered a third party specialist to improve the terms of my agreement with the initial scammers(for another fee).

They are hiding addresses, telephone numbers and even the owner of their website domain. And they create email accounts to give themselves positive reviews in different portals.

They have a rational explanation for everything but believe me they are much worse than your initial scammers

Hello, everyone.

Recently I keep stumbling on this company from UK. Multiple positive feedback make me feel it is the right company to do a recovery with.
In the past, I have been scammed for a large amount and since then just doing my best to recover..

I certainly do not want to step on the same rakes and lose more money and time priceless. Does anyone have had dealt with'em or know reliably about the success rate of this firm?

Truefull testimonials will be highly appreciated.
