he evry1,

i am a newbie to forex. i went throgh some material given in the net and i planned to open a demo account with fxcast.com.
now the problem is i dont understand a **** what is going in the account! :'(
what do i do? any suggestions regarding study material or somthing which can improve my knowledge on how to use it!?!
