I'm a forex beginner and a newbie in this forum. I already opened a micro account $25 but I guess I need to stop trading for the meantime because I'm already losing. Now my account left with $12. :unhappy:

I'm going to practice more using a demo account.

Since you only started with $25, what sort of leverage did you use?
Using micro lots of 1,000 would be far too much with regards to your deposit.
Oanda can let you trade for as little as 1

Hi, I am a Newbie too (+4 months on Demo accounts ONLY).

I too was tempted to start on Live account when I first got involved in Forex by one of my friends, but I tried very hard (and succeeded) to be patient until i know the trade well enough. But now after +4 months down the road, I am still not sure I know how to trade successfully.

Soon as i thought I got the hang of it and started making good profits, I messed up and have to date blown away more than USD250k of Demo's account virtual money.

I guess I am not ready yet and so will spend many2 more days, weeks, and probably months of my free time clicking on those "Sell" & "Buy" buttons.

Patience is not easy to cultivate, and Greed is a real killer!
