How can the FPA help me if I’ve been scammed?
If you’ve already followed the Forex Peace Army’s FIRST STEPS for Traders who've been scammed, then you are already on your way to getting help.
Now the work begins. You need to check your Problem thread for input from FPA members at least twice per week. This will give you a chance to get information about how to gather evidence, interact with the company, and, if necessary, how to escalate the issue to the relevant authorities. If others are having similar problems, they may also join your thread with useful advice.
If your issue does need to be reported to the authorities, this will help...
Remember, the main goals are first to try to resolve your issue. If that fails, the next goals are to warn others and complain to the proper authorities.
