    Hi

In the process of reviewing a company or broker I checked the NFA and put in the NFA # of the company

I get a report that shows various things:

1 company appears good , but also has:
    2) CFTC Reparations Cases

But when you click details it also indicates that these could have been dismissed, withdrawn, settled etc.

Anyhow, I'm not really sure what I'm looking at on NFA in order to determine if any company is suspect.

I would have thought there would be something like:
not in good standing, or something
