Careful opening trading account with scope market, if you lose trade no problem once you make above profit 150 euro they will give you nasty fill on the price and if you show proof. they do not do nothing and they just send your deposit money back if you are lucky.
I opened 2 orders on usd/jpy pair--orders 454047 and 454080, but these orders were executed at totally wrong prices.
454047 buy 1.5 lots usd/jpy 2017.04.07 08:32:12 should have been executed at price near 110.30. I closed at 08:33:45, which should have been near price of 110.37 for about 7 pips profit.
454080 sell 1.5 lots usd/jpy 2017.04.07. 08:33:56 should have been executed at price near 110.38. I closed at 08:37:48, which should have been near price of 110.28 for about 10 pips profit.
As you can see from the platform picture that I have attached, the platform recorded incorrect order entry prices and also gave incorrect profit and loss figures. The order times and lot sizes are correct, but the entry and exit prices are totally inaccurate and the profit and loss numbers are totally wrong. It is very strange.
There are a whole host of problems that need to be pointed out:
1. It is VERY obvious that you were having some major platform issues at the time of trades. In response to your comment about the spreads, they were quite normal at the time I placed trades. I saw spreads in the area of approx 1.5 to 2.2 pips. Your claim that spreads were in excess of 30 pips is completely inaccurate, which can be easily demonstrated by simply looking at the Market Watch window in the picture I attached. Look for yourself. Spreads were normal.
2. If you look at the historical price data, you will see that the prices shown in the account history are completely inaccurate, as are the reported profit and losses. Order 454047 was executed at 08:32:12. The price range at 08:32 was between approximately 110.22 and 110.38. The platform mistakenly shows execution at a price of 110.843. This is nowhere near the actual price of the pair at that time. Then it shows an exit at 109.859 for a loss of 1.6 pips. Even if those prices were correct (and they are not), the result of the trade would have been a small loss of about 1.6 pips, or approximately 24 USD, not 1255.15 USD. This is ridiculous.
3. Additionally, order 454080 was executed at 8:33:56. The price range for 8:33 was between approximately 110.23 and 110.42. The platform mistakenly shows execution at a price of 109.85. Again, this is not even close to the actual price of the pair at the time. Spreads were absolutely not 30-40 pips. They were nominal.
i have shown scope with all the evidence but they never be adjusted, Adjusted my deposit money back... which really appreciate.
