ℹ️ Info ⭐ Reviews ❓FAQ
And FBS, if you keep avoiding the real questions after being given numerous requests and chances, that would just make you look more confirmed as a scammer! So now:

Why did you accept money from someone called Yu Wang and deposit it into trading account belonged to Lang Li?

Can I please get a list of all the trading accounts involved in this. Include how much was deposited in each and how much money was left when the account was closed. Which accounts were created using huahua157290@gmail.com? Which accounts were funded using huahua157290@gmail.com.

Which account does Huahua290 claim had 3800 in it? Who's credit card was used to fund that account?

Dear AsstModerator, thanks for getting involved, and from all the info I gathered, I think it would be very clear if you read the letter I had my bank sent to FBS:

Regarding the transactions listed above, I am writing on behalf of our customer Mr Mingxxxx Li in question of the related purchase.

Mr Mingxxxx Li claims that he’s a registered client of your merchant FBS.COM and he has provided his statements and client online portal from FBS.COM as proof of the transaction history between Mr Mingxxxx Li and FBS.COM. Mr Mingxxxx Li also claims that he has in total 4 trading accounts with FBS.COM (account number 358806, 349764, 351427, 358805) and he has by far conducted the following purchases (trading deposit) with FBS.COM:

№ Transaction Account Amount Payment system Release date Commentary
526560 351427 € 4133.40 2014-07-09 07:49:44
521332 349764 € 7044.32 2014-07-01 16:35:03

Mr Mingxxxx Li has provided a copy of the transaction history from the FBS.COM client online portal as proof of the claims above, and I have attached this copy by the end of letter.

From the transaction history, we can only find two successful purchases (trading deposit) delivered to Mr Mingxxxx Li’s trading accounts 351427 and 349764; however we couldn’t find the record of the 4 payments/purchases in question deposited to any trading account of Mr Mingxxxx Li. Thus we have requested the RFC/VCRFS Detail Report of the questionable payments from Skrill, and according the Report reports, we can see that FBS.COM has received the funds from Mr Mingxxxx Li, however FBS.COM has deposited the funds into trading account 356793, which is not in the list of Mr Mingxxxx Li’s trading accounts – it means you have received the payments from Mr Mingxxxx Li but failed to deliver the service/goods (trading deposit in this case) to him.

Upon on careful review of the FBS Markets Inc. Customer Agreement signed by FBS.COM and Mr Mingxxxx Li, which is listed on the website FBS Inc. and attached by the end of this letter, we can find the following clauses:

5.2.7.If an account was funded via debit or credit card, a card copy is required to process a withdrawal. The copy must contain the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the card number, card holder’s name, expiry date and card holder’s signature.

5.4.2.The Company is entitled to prohibit to deposit or withdraw funds to the third parties.

According to the Agreement, FBS.COM can only take payment from fully registered/verified customer and can only deliver the service/goods (trading deposit) to the very customer’s trading account, and FBS.com is not allowed to take third party payment -also FBS.COM is obligated to take necessary checks to ensure these conditions are met including obtaining customer’s debit/credit card copy if the payment is conducted via debit or credit card copy. In the case of Mr Mingxxxx Li, we believe that all should agree, whatsoever the reasons behind, FBS.COM has failed to deliver the service/goods (trading deposit) to its customer Mr Mingxxxx Li or comply to the commonly signed FBS Markets Inc. Customer Agreement. Thus, we urge you to return the total funds of 3,800 USD to Mr Mingxxxx Li’s credit card 4693 xxxx xxxx 3878.

As far I know & believe in this company i.e FBS-- I haven't personally had a bad experience ever since I'm trading with them. It's been a few years now since I'm using it

Regarding your matter,
As far I see it was your mistake of the 3rd party matter, not FBS's. They have cleared written off their rules & Regulations for every trader to follow up with

hey have cleared written off their rules & Regulations for every trader to follow up with

Oh they do? Try and find the clauses in their rules & regulations applying to my case please - wallmart who signed up on 12-06-2014 and only posted one comment in total?

Also let me remind you: rules & Regulations are for every trader AND BROKER to follow!

356791 trading account is registered using huahua157290@gmail.com. This trading account was funded via Skrill using huahua157290@gmail.com email.
Huahua290 is telling us that he is an owner of trading accounts 351427, 349764 and not 356791. But all these trading accounts were trading from the same computer:

Why did you trade 356791 trading account from your computer and telling us that it was not you, but the log files prove that:

As I already told you and FPA members, in this case the payment to FBS was made not via credit or debit card, but via Skrill registered using huahua157290@gmail.com to FBS trading account registered using huahua157290@gmail.com.
In case of an automated payment all the checks are done by an electronic payment system, and the funds are added to FBS trading account automatically.

According to my experience and knowledge of FX Market, In my opinion Trader who is investing his money need to consider all the things before deposit, like rules and regulation, payment methods, conditions and lot of other things because as a trader you are also equally responsible for all the matters in this process. As far as this case is concern, no matter it is XYZ Company or any brokerage house, it is trader who made the deposit and if he lost his money in trading, then how he can claim his money back? So all in all, in this case it is pretty clear that trader has lost his money him self and now doing whatever it takes to get the money back.
