No matter what, go ahead and file a compliant with the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman. Eventually enough complaints should pile up to trigger some action.

I have the same problem like you.
As I red your posting I can't believe, cause it's exactly the same case as mine.
It seems they have a concept to cheat their clients systematically.

I am from Germany and I will try to get back my deposit like you.
I am sorry for my bad english.
I opened a new thread for my case.
Maybe you can write something, what helps for my chargeback.
