Problem i can not withdraw my money from capitaloneforex

i have tow accounts with capital one Forex 79190 and 97189 and i can not log in to them because the company changed my pass .

and i tried to withdraw from my accounts but tell now no answer

i do not know what i am must do to get my money back.

I EMAILED MAKCIM TODAY 2/9/2014

MY ACC NO IS :-

97189 AND 97190

16000$ AND 1080$

The date when the first failure to process MY withdrawal request happened 19/8/2014

This company keeps piling up issues. And the funny thing is that they keep calling me to open an account with them.

I check your accounts you never make deposit how you can withdraw if you never deposit I do not see the issue here for a complain

my acc no 97189 is an IB with capitaloneforex

under this IB 3 ACC

96614 - 96934 - 97151


and my commisstion acc no 97190

and i have the proof of deposit for thes IB (96614-96934-97151)
