I have been blatantly been deceived when I let Tixfx trading company do trades on my behalf, you have no control cannot visit your platform and they never contact you, don't ever let them take the control out of your hands. That's how they manipulate your account, stating you have lost all your funds, meanwhile they ended with it.
 
Simple rule: Never let a broker employee trade your account for you.

How did you make the deposits? If by credit cards, contact your issuing bank immediately. Ask for the fraud and/or disputes department. Explain exactly how you believe your account was fraudulently manipulated and ask about a chargeback.
