i have been scammed by multibank fx
i made my first deposit and the market was closed at this time then once the market opened i found a lost trade on my account on gold with a huge lot regarding the account balance and it ended up with a big loss, my account was new and that was my first deposit.
i contacted the account manager and their replies was so frustrating the just want to throw the blame on me and they say my computer is hacked and they hold no responsibility regarding this issue and i asked for the trading journal from their server it showed a different IP and a different internet service provider, since this happened and they started to ignore my emails and i contacted the CEO what he offered is a good well to see how he can help on this case and he left me without updates about what will happen and after a several times trying to reach him he just came back with a lame reply taking what's happening now ( the corona virus ) as an excuse.
please advise how i can file a complaint against this broker and they are regulated by the FINANCIAL SERVICE COMMISSION OF THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS with license number SIBA/L/14/1068

Can you please share the reply you have received from the company?

Also, I suggest you to report to financial authorities in your country ASAP.

and i'm from Egypt and we don't have a financial authority regarding this issue, i just need to know how to file the complaint in british virgin islands FSC.
