Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.
Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.More info coming soon.

Well, first of all you may need to decide what you actually (need) to know from your trial users.
This collected info should contain at least one unique and assignable footprint for that user.
(could be name, account number, Paypal account, credit card, email address, ip, etc..)
Of course things like email and IP address are more easily to change than payment info.
(guess, that after 3 different paypal accounts.. air is getting pretty thin for the next one. If trial is a week or 10 days or whatever.. that users are forced to leave or pay pretty fast)
Naturally you would want to use that pieces of information you need to get from clients anyway.
Means if you never would call a client.. why collecting tel number?
If your clients know that after trial they should pay via credit card or paypal.. you may collect it upfront (but without charge. Paypal let´s you do this fairly simple) Other solutions where payment and sometimes delivery is handled for you ( examples: 2co, Avangate, Clickbank, etc) have their own way of handling such cases. Of course they all have their own pros and cons.
To help further you may want to let us know about your way of distribution?

If you use the SimpleTrader trade copier portal it locks your users Paypal account to a single trial. So they can't abuse the system.
Does anyone know how I can get an IP address from off planet???
Take a trip to ISS. I read an old article that said they have a (one way) IP phone so they should have at least one off-planet address
