Dear Sirs:

I am a client of IBAMARKETS.COM (SIR GLOBAL LTD) This company has passed the certification procedure and obtained the FMRRC Certificate of Compliance on 18.05.2015.

I asked them for my first withdrawal of money 1 month ago and they do not respond to my mails, I do not have any technical support and support in this regard. Since I asked for my money they don't want to kow nothing from me. Eny news, Eny support, Eny help. They have my money and they don't want to give me it.

Through this email I wish to denounce this fraudulent practice and to advise to everybody that they are scammers.

Yep....tis true....but to me they accessed my account on 28 December 2016 and deliberately lost $52,500 dollars.....story told I was hacked my a rogue trader at IBA, then told those funds would be returned once the CEO got back from his holidays in May 2017....then after complaining more told I had been earmarked for removal from the books by mistake and given no reasons why........and now its late April and they've deliberately shut down shop...no phones no skype, but live platform but no funds!....seems to me to be a repeat of Forex Place who closed down in 2013 taking my $10,500 account with them............seems no matter which way I turn I get scammed.....Even CySEC's a scam...put with them a complaint and claim against Capital Option who closed down taking with them $11,769...CySEC claim the fraud never happened because no other victim came forward and their system registered no problem, despite the fact they issued a license ruling against Capital Option on the 15 Ferbruary 2016 due to serious financial issues with client funds....17 years and never made managed to withdraw any profit from anyone because they close down and disappear.....and now I can't manage to save $250 because using a credit card to fund my accounts resulted in my complaint about any of these frauds not being accepted under section 75 of the consumers act in the UK. SO believe you will get your money back via the insurance cover funding a trading account because the credit card people have managed to avoid that liability.

I'm in the same situation as you, Eljose.

I have noticed http://www.IBAMarketsScam.com , so clearly we are not the only ones. I'm hoping that through that site enough of the victims will come forward to rattle some cases and see what can be done.
