IBCFX - Withdrawal Issue - 2 Months - From Feb2014

I'm having problem with IBCFX.com.
I'm trying to Withdraw some money from beginning of Feb2014. I tried to catch them many times, EACH time it is the same answer: refused. It's really difficulty to talk to someone in this IBCFX. No one picking phone, no answer at emails, sometimes there is someone on the Live chat, aim They Said: we send by email to financial department and you Will Have an answer. But no answer.

My account id: 24162
Withdrawal request id is 1272.

Is it a fraud?
Is it possible to get answer from an official IBCFX person.

IBCFX is a scam broker who is changing brands but still under the same scammer

If you have deposited with credit card file a chargeback

What country are you in?

Also, send an email to every address you have for them. Invite them to join this thread and explain what the reason for this delay is.

Call to your CC Customer care and asked them about chargeback they will guide you what to do and what they can do in your case. Best of luck.

You must explain the CC company your side of the story.

Another way is to contact their credit card processor for a refund, I have checked their site and they work with this processor Gate2Shop Payments
