Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

If compliance department is from Seychelles @Pheniox123 is not registered under ASIC regulator. But even if he was, It wouldn't make much difference. I was on hold for hours in the past weeks to speak to the relevant officer. They usually get your number and say they will get back to you but it never happens .

Scam reports has increased up to 20% this year during the pandemic and they are not able to handle it.

@Pheniox123 This is the online complaint form. Try this first. They usually send back a template response within 28 days but fingers crossed let's see what happens.

Thanks again forexteamau, I have a call with my lawyer tomorrow to go over the next steps and fill the forms necessary to lodge the complaints.

I will update you all of the outcome.

Thanks a lot Oscarra...I will be reporting them to all regulatory bodies and all law enforcement agencies that my lawyers can get their hands on...

“The Australian arm, however, has been swinging back and forth after the ASIC asked brokers to part with a lot of confidential information about their foreign clients so that their business could be fully scrutinized. Most recently, IC Markets confirmed to its overseas clients it would continue servicing their accounts via its ASIC-regulated subsidiary.

The corporate note came barely a week after the company informed its customers that it is planning to migrate their trading accounts to an offshore brand in Seychelles. The move came after the Aussie regulator tightened the screws by instructing brokers to start closing accounts for all foreign client in jurisdictions they have no license.

……ASIC as their Bucket Shops trying to milk the entire world did not quit work out, wonder why Australia has huge problems with China these day ?

@oscarra This is how their overseas clients end up with their Seychelles regulatory. Any overseas IP address will be redirected to SC version, even with different legal document page!
They still advertise ECN it on google when they are in the mood.

The interesting point about CS is that there is only one document and no PDS is disclosed but you "agree to be bound by "these" documents"

Tell me about it. Australian economy is strongly tied with our exports to China.
