to be honest, i have not experienced any major issues with IC markets past 3 months
maybe it is because my account is relatively new and also the fund size is small
i have read usually traders tend to experience more problems when :
    1. fund size is larger
    2. the traders have become PROFITABLE consistently......this tend to be one of the main reasons to start seeing problem from a broker once you become very profitable......it's a bit like casino, imagine if you keep winning large sums every day from the same casino.....what do you think is going to happen next ?

If a broker has to target traders with large amounts by deliberately tweaking the trading servers
No one is safe. Forex is not profitable as it seems. This is unethical!

I think the money will be returned to the winner.

A good broker should value his business reputation

There is an office of the lawyer Yevgeni Shkuratov at the location of the IC Markets (Level 2 2 Bligh Street Sydney NSW 2000 AU)

There was the Australian Press Council at the place of the actual location of the IC markets.

    http://www.datascape.com.au/infocom...st=488_&Order=EntryName&EntrySN=63308&All=yes

But other address was published on the Council's website.

The video of the offices at the place of the location of the IC Markets.

The broker's server is located in Moscow, Russia. I think that is the Russian jurisdiction and you need a Russian lawyer.

A broker may have multiple DCs, but the main server is usually in New York or London.

But really, I think we can consolidate a lot of this information into one or two posts (where their office is, which lawyer office is closest, etc).

The electronic trade came from New-York to London. And its founder is Charles Schwab.

If I could prove that the dispute is regulated by the Consumer Protection Act of Russia no 2300-1 of 07 February 1992 then a lawsuit can be filed at the place of execution of the contract (see paragraph 7 of article 29 of the Russian Code of Civil Procedure).

I think the place of execution of the contract is the place where the server is located.

Plaintiffs who file lawsuits within the Consumer Protection Act no 2300-1 of 07 February 1992 are exempted from the payment of the State court fee (see paragraph 2 of article 333.36 of the Russian Tax Code).

Under paragraph 28 of the decision of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Russia, the burden of proof is on a company which provides services to consumers.

Consequently, a broker must prove a fact of refusal to return money to a consumer.

If one of parties to judicial proceedings, who is obliged to provide evidence, does not provide them, a Court makes a decision based on testimony of other party (see paragraph 2 of article 68 of the Russian Code of Civil Procedure).

Thus, if a broker's representative does not provide evidence to a Court, a Court makes a decision based on testimony of a consumer.
