ICMarkets does not allow me to withdraw my profits, it is horrible, the worst !!!

    I think ICMarkets scammed me with a withdrawal of 250 USD via Debit Card!!
    ICmarkets dont me make withdrawals, Horrible.!! rigged delays for my withdrawals,IS a real refusal to send my Profits to my local bank.

    At the beginning when I started three years ago with a small investment of 700usd ... everything was
    wonderful, of course I did not generate profits, pure losses, the support was formidable, I became a
    profitable trader and generated 2300 usd of profits, I decided to withdraw my profits, and the real hell
    begins !!!!!!
    ICmarkets does not let you withdraw your profits !!! and the support is really very bad, they don't solve
    anything, the account team. DO NOT resolve cases, they make excuses, they turn things around! When you have to update your bank details, your application does not work. I have more than 10days and I have not been able to update a simple field in the client area. I made a withdrawal for 250 USD, and I never got in my debit card, I Contact support asking for the ARN, they took 7 days to provide it to me, then I contacted my local bank to provide them with the ARN. After two days my local bank says that it cannot trace with that ARN, since it does not exist. IF Icmarkets is a serious broker you must prove it with facts !!! and don't turn around every problem that comes your way. Everything indicates that ICMarkets at the lightest mistake you make. they will look for a way not to return your profits.
    !!! my request are 605052, truly unacceptable.

    What is happening ICMarkets, please more seriousness and honesty. It's your strategy so that I can't withdraw
    my earnings, isn't it?

    well this is the History of request #605052 :
    Look at the atached file(request_605052_history.png)

    in the file (failed_withdrawal attemps.png) show all withdrawals, withdrawal by debit card was supposedly approved, but it has not arrived in my bank account

    I have tried to make the withdrawals through international wire transfer, but ICMARKETS does not let me, it makes excuses to withdraw them. Since it has not allowed me to update my bank details information

    ICMARKETS take it as a game, very good strategy so that I can not withdraw my profits

    First of all, invite the company by using the invite company option to your thread. And if you are unable to locate the option then this thread "Tutorial: How to Invite a company to your thread." will help you to find out.

    I've experienced the same too. It's sad to see IC Markets going down the road of being a degenerate scumbag. They could have been the top broker but they chose to ruin their reputation.

    Hi All.

    Icmarkets has answered the following: apparently they are already attending to my case. They say they will
    help me with international bank transfers by processing it manually,
    ICmarkets later tells me that the international bank transfer was supposedly approved, but that does not mean
    that the 680USD funds have already arrived to my local bank account, so we will wait for the funds to be
    deposited in my account !!! ..
    They want me to take away the complaint I put on TrustPilot,.

    However, I have to wait and make sure the funds reach my local bank account.
    And the other is that I have to make sure that it will happen with the following withdrawals. if they are
    going to continue doing it, you can manually or I can use the application in the client's area without them
    manipulating it !!!

    So it is necessary that now they will have to wait for my funds to be truly returned to my local bank account,
    I think it is the right thing to do !!!

    Well, 13 bussines days have passed. and my 250 USD funds have not reached my debit card .. MY local bank tells me that there is not exist ARN.

    and here I show you the first attempt to send funds on 07/08/2019, Here I was wrong in the bank account, through International wire Bank Transfer, then went to your website in the customer area section and update it to correct CLABE account

    ICmarkets supposedly did me the favor of making the international wire transfer manually, without any extra cost according to them, but they returned to make the mistake delivently in not placing the correct bank account. I show the Image (again_wrong.png). They just did it yesterday. so it will surely be rejected !!!
    Worst of all, they leave more than 5 businnes days. to finally reject her ..
    In this way they are consuming time so that I cannot withdraw my profits.

    I am leaving ic markets to go with global prime (to try them out first).
    They are too doggy.
    I think people need to vote and decide once for all whethrr they are a scam or not

    I have been with them for some time now and quite happy. I routinely do withdrawals in excess of 10 000 euro, so the thought that they are trying to take you for $250 is absurd.

    Any broker is a collection of human beings who are susceptible to error. It is possible that something may have gone wrong with your transfer. Be patient and work through the issues with them.

    If you think these guys are a scam then there is much schooling ahead for you in this game.

    Be patience? Do you know how many days have passed since? And, may you show your proof of withdrawal drawn from IC Markets? I don't want another introducing broker or affiliates speaking for them. If you can't prove yourself, you're just another puppet.

    Wise choice. If someone decides to stay with them despite all the case being shown here by all the traders who had suffered the same. I wish them nothing but good luck.
