If Israel Invades Gaza

If Israel invades Gaza the oil prices will rise thus the USD will go up?
What do you think, will it have any other affects on the market.

Hadn't thought about that. It really depends on how the world views it. It all the oil producing nations in the neighborhood condemn the invasion, but don't rattle their sabres very loudly, not much may happen. If it looks like the situation could destabilize the Middle East, then expect to see oil go up and money to move to safe havens such as precious metals and possibly the USD (sadly the USD isn't seen as safe as it used to be).
