If we wanted to scam you or cheat you, we would even not reply to this thread or anything.

Surely it will take time to cover the loss and bring your 1,5K account up into positive, we will do with good trades with SL on BE and wil protect your funds and will try to grow it as good as we can.

The customer cannot be held responsible for your server or broker problems.

This part is on your side.

You cannot expect your customer to wait until your turn a 1k account into a 10k account.

The only possibility left is to refund your customer as soon as possible.
 
If there was a promise to refund IB commissions to the client in the event of losses, then this should be done immediately.

Does the IFTI representative dispute the claim that such a promise was made?

Smells like scam

So far, everything you have presented here makes me think it is a scam. When you hear the word "guarantee" in anything financially risky you better consider it very carefully. If their server went down and all their clients lost like you did, they better have some deep pockets if they are going to refund everyone. Or, maybe you were one of the few?
