IKOFX.COM - I am not satisfied with the issue of arbitrage Scalping

I am not sure whether this problem is my fault or fraud from IKOFX...?
I would like to share this problem,perhaps you all could provide me a guidance.

it all started on 26/12/2011,after successfully obtaining profit, suddenly IKOFX delete all profit and my initial capital with reasons "arbitrage sculping"

All the profit I made was reduced from my trading account.

after sending an email inquiry, I received an email response as follows :

""Arbitrage scalping is an abusive trading technique which is prohibited by IKOFX.
Trader is trying to take advantage on the price feed delay and price tick issue to make profit.
All the transaction that rely on the price latency/ price tick issue will be forfeit/nulify even there are order that hold more than 2 minutes."

I would like to know whether this is a scam?

IKOFX IS SCAM BROKER!!!

same with me..
yes they are scam broker with different style.. they're cheating from server & cancel profit..
i've 2 case with them about server with 2 different respon
first they're not responsible with condition of server and second they're blame condition of server..
hereby my complain by email to them.. without any respon at all..

first on tuesday, september 6, 2011 time around 08.06 market wacth ( platform time )
at that time i've problem with server ( meta trader ikofx ) because your server is delay condition so i can't close my order and finally i've to loss my balance with nominal more than $2000
i was make complain but your answer just like this "When price during volatile market, there is no guarantee 100% to enter or execute order" that show you're not responsible with condition of your server..

11.Scalping Rules
Scalping technique less than two minutes is prohibited, all posts are require to be held at least two minutes or longer. Penalty may cause profits and rebates to be forfeited.
look one by one my order transaction smallest time is 3 minutes but you still still cancel my profit..
if your reason is condition server is delay ( let see my case on tuesday, september 6, 2011 time around 08.06 market wacth ( platform time )

Are you serious ? Did you really visit their web site ?

Close your account, take your money and open an account at a real forex broker.

Many companies would like you to think that they are forex brokers but they are not.

They are not even casinos.

There is no trading with them. They have no liquidity providers.

You are the liquidity provider and they don't want you to get back the money.

You are not connected to the real market. They can do whatever they would like to.

All the stories about arbitrage and scalping are laughable.

Leave them a 1 star review and choose a good broker.
