They are huge scammers, traders beware! They have duped me of $4,38,887 USD and are refusing to compensate when contacted. This was all my life's savings and the mistake I did was that I put all of it in my trading account with IC Markets. This is how they duped me of my money:-
1. I was unable to close open trades due to the terminal freezing because of IC Markets servers.
2. My trades were closed at huge losses, each time the screen returned from a freeze situation.
3. Several trades were closed in the same second, further suggesting that there was a screen freeze before that.

Their trick/scam is to freeze their servers at high volatile periods, namely, Newshour and then make the trader unable to close any trade that was open. All trades always closed at huge losses and sometimes in the same second, further proving there has been a screen freeze. Since the computer hangs when there is a screen freeze it is impossible for the trader to submit any proof of the same and that is what they take advantage of.

I even sent them a quote from Mr. Angus Walker stating that their servers tend to freeze during newshour but they are refusing to accept and compensate.

I am warning everyone, please beware of these scamsters!!!!

I am going to file an official complaint to the FOS and ASIC as well now. If anyone has faced similar issue and is eager to complaint, please contact me. Let's fight these frauds!!!

Ahh yes! ...My “favorite” scumbag broker which I “fondly” renamed “I-See-Bucketshop”. An excellent and most helpful broker when you are losing money BUT turn extremely nasty, rude, manipulative & horrible as soon as you become profitable and start to withdraw profits.

And Angus…the black angus ….ah yes! I know him all too well as he is a…hmmm…I was going to say “ass@*#e” but that would be impolite and a no-no word here at our FPA….oh ok…as someone here at the FPA who have actually met him and the other..ehhh…again I was going to say "ass@*#e"…CEO and that person said they were: Quote: “real pricks”…whatever that means because English is not my mother tongue :D

Quite honestly I don’t know how you can recover your money that you said were scammed by that scumbag broker. I didn’t get back any of my money from them and neither do I know any of the other people who have been scammed/cheated by I-See-Bucketshop!

Platform freezing problem is one of the many tactics that scumbag broker uses to make their profitable clients lose money faster…..and giving imaginary spikes in the market is also one of their favorite....you know…..like the currency pair you trading going to where no other broker have gone in their trading platform….and of course I-See-Bucketshop will claim there was such a spike but will not and of course could not provide such spike record.

Yup I have wrote a complain to ASIC but they couldn’t do much due to ”lack of manpower” to investigate each and every case against scumbag broker like I-See-Bucketshop. But ASIC did offer to help me file my case against that scumbag broker with my country’s trade commission (or something like that). It would have been time consuming and too much hassle for me and I didn’t even give a reply to ASIC. That was a few years back and the money involved was not that much at just over USD5k and so not really worth the effort and time.

But whenever & wherever I see/read someone posting basically the same problem that I had with them, I would jumped in to say “hello” to I-See-Bucketshop to let them know I still “remember” them.

Do what FXMaster have suggested and write/contact that...hmmm..once again I almost wrote “ass@#&e”….. “prick” (whatever that means) Angus and perhaps you might get back some of your money.

Good luck and all the best!

Thanks for providing your views and experience as well. Did you approach the FOS as well? I won't leave them so easily since you can see my amount is huge!

Thanks will do all that you suggested but don't think it matters to them. Unfortunately, all the money was deposited through wire transfer from my personal account to the trading account :( , if you can think of anything else do let me know. Thanks again

The FOS is basically financed by Brokers and so cannot be relied upon by Traders against scumbag brokers.

Anywhere please do file your complaints to the FOS & ASIC because if more complaints are received against I-See-Bucketshop then perhaps ASIC will be "forced" to take action to investigate that scumbag broker.

Good luck and all the best!

ciao ti ho scritto in privato, ho anche avuto grossi problemi con loro circa due settimane fa, come farci risarcire? a quanto pare è un problema abbastanza noto loro
