its far from dead. Remember no news is good news. Police and CPS tend to take their time before taking the matter to court. They are still investigating and gathering the relevant information. He will be charged and sent to HMP and although this doesn't and wont get any one their money back it may give people that smile they need. Its a huge fraud case from which ever angle they look from and the lies wont hold. He never traded and doesn't work and is still spending and spending ..CPS will know the angle and loop holes his defence will be going for so this has to ironed out before they move.
Remember this involves thousands of people and millions of pounds which equals thousand of statements ..even a fraud involving of a few people would take time...

Very true. Seems to be still spending a hell of alot. Quite unbelievable, lads in the pub have seen him in the mclaren again, really is laughing at us all now. Lets not forget his dad is very high up or was in the police.

Yes he is laughing at all the local people who fell for it,but end of the day his dad can only help with regards to ways round "issues" .the CPS are the one's who call for what evidence/statements they need to take it forward, its a huge fraud case so it cant be brushed under the carpet and obtaining money by deception on this scale is serious..i know of a case that took 3 years to go to court and he ended up with 10 years for a LOT less money. Then you have the proceeds of crime act which for over a million is around 6 years on top if not paid back or assets handed over etc.
Has this been confirmed this WAS a scam yet? I know it seems obvious but my question is why would he and he's family still go about as normal knowing that a LOT of people will be after them who know where they live? Why haven't they done a runner or at least move out of town? It still doesn't make sense.
