Here is the PDF File I purchased for $17.00 from ASIC on HK Selead. Page 3/3 indicates that the listed person responsible for registering the brokerage also withdrew as an officer on the same day.

In hindsight there are way too many red flags. The website provides nothing for contact info besides the email address. No phone, no names of people, no physical address.
