Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Did you always operate from the same IP? there is no one else who has operated with the same Ip? Just trying to figure out what they may have identified to wield a justification?

There is no justification to arbitrarily withhold a client's withdrawal request, unless you are running a [modified] ponzi scheme.
IQ Option is another scam candidate and all he evidence points in that direction @FPA ForumsTeam

Today there are rows of digital option transactions which i did not make, the withdrawal amount is all 98% deducted, 2% left in the account. This is literally a scam. I'm just waiting for the amount credited back the account, and when i open today, all the amount is back and traded .
