Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Yes, I was actively using their platform but after this case, I will not process any deposits until it is resolved. I also contacted their support and I was told that the client should had broken some of the clauses from their Terms&Conditions. After I asked why the broker does not process any deposit made to that account, I was told that they are not allowed  because such cases are transferred to the corresponding "government institution".

Simple check - ask them for the website and contact info of the claimed "government institution." If there is one, they'll happily provide it. If they won't provide it, there's a 99.999% chance that your case is simple theft of your money.

After two months, I still unanswered. I called the cysech and they says that usually takes a little

Keep checking with Cysec every week or two. Also, file a complaint with the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman.

Moderation Team Note: Please do not ask for company recommendations in the Scam Alerts folder. If someone recommends a company to you here, that will permanently tie the recommended company's name to this complaint.

Please use Company Comparisons to ask for recommendations.

I have not received any response from the CySEC. Four months later, nothing at all and I have no notifications.

Two things. 1. Send a polite inquiry to Cysec once every week or two. 2. Contact the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman.

I deposited money, and then lost it all. The platform was a mock platform because it matched nothing that was shown on reliable stock sites like google stocks. On top of this, I had to deposit 10$ so I could take out what I had in there left, and then it all disappeared from my balance hoping I get that back. But this whole thing is a scam. I sent an email requesting for all of my money back, because they are actually stealing. This trading platform is not real at all. In fact, with a quick analysis I believe they are the same company as banc de binary. I have my account number if anyone here could help me.

Hi Kyle,
I really, really hope that you did NOT put a lot of money into IQOption? I have traded with IQOption for about a year or so. Maybe a bit less. I made about 1100 trades at 1 Euro each normally, for a total investment of 60 (yes, sixty) Euros.

Unexpectedly, I was able to open the platform inside Firefox using the Debug option. I don't know if this actually opens the platform or not; but what i found is that the platform does not appear to be any transactioning platform at all but a sophisticated gaming server and application within which all 'trades' from retail clients (mugs) takes place; there appears to be no actual 'trades' taking place at all -- any quotes you see are for reference only and do NOT actually get used in the 'trading.' Instead, like a Casino virtual game, the application merely trades against you until you are liquidated.

I don't believe you can ever recover your funds and I would advise you not to pursue any legal action, since IQOption is run by the kosher nostra or Jewish mafia.

Cheers

Elbonias

I believe no one yet has been able to show how a binary options company could interact with a real liquidity provider. From what I've been able to determine, they are ALL operating as casinos. The main difference is that casinos seem more likely to pay winning clients than the bulk of binary brokers.
