    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

I am having an issue with a company

Please be advised that where we consider the FOS decisions to potentially present an adverse legal precedent at Court, the company may, at its sole discretion, to choose for these cases to be tried at Court.

We stand by our initial assessment that you have been employing an abusive trading strategy with an additional 2 traders under a common IB (accounts have been masked for confidentiality purposes).

• Your Account: XXXXX9313
• Trader 1: XXXXX9330
• Trader 2: XXXXX6401

This involved trading under common IPs with a view of extracting the bonus via risk-free trading.

Our decision is final in this respect.

Let's just assume for a moment that I have done abusive trading (which I have not) and what you are saying is, you will not return my money. It's like, I'm a Uber driver, I'm working under Uber with my own car, and let's just say I abused a passenger. So by your logic, Uber will take my car??? Come on. You are being absurd.

I will contact to Financial Ombudsman and see what they will say. I waited 2 years for Ombudsman decision, and Ombudsman have investigated all my transactions, and they have found no abuse or irregularities. And that's why, they have given a decision in favor of me. I'm sure they will be very outraged to see your response, which you are refusing to follow the decision of FOS. I remind you that IronFX is regulated under FOS, and you haven't rejected the decision of FOS within 2 months period. Thereby you will be forced to follow the decision of FOS, I'm very sure about it.

Can you also explain "what kind of abuse I have done" ??? Interesting however, because I end up losing $11,000.
Anyway, did we hack your system? Did we exploit the trading, and make illegal millions of dollars? What abuse you are claiming? So, let's talk about it.

This reply is sketchy. What real evidence, does this even convey? Sounds like a smart claused response you deliberately intended IMO

You should deal with your customer relations a little more sincerely in the future I think.

Why would something like this take you two years to resolve if you are truly a "top-notch" broker?

As indicated previously (e.g. post #75), accepting an FOS decision where the client/claimant has not accepted the binding nature of the FOS decision may potentially leave the company exposed to multiple claims for the same case. This is a basic point of law.

My name is Carlos O T Amaral F and my account # 532003
I made a deposit a few years ago and I'm trying to withdrawal it since january without success.
The account which I made the first deposit is closed and, at the end o march, I manage to get a Statement from HSBC saying that this account no longer exists but unfortunately Iron Fx still doesn't allow me to withdrawal my funds.Chatting to Mr.Nuno Vasconcellos ( it's the only way to speak to someone,because all emails are ignored and unanswered) he told me to make a complaint (wich I had already made) because he didn't have an answer to my request.
So,I don't understand why my withdrawal is still denied,since I filled Iron Fx requests.
