• Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.

    Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem IronFX withdraw issues

I am having an issue with a company

FPA Team, I still had no answer or contact from IronFX.

My request is still under "Waiting for Processing" status as show in following print.

This was the response I received today from IronFX:

Following the Company's investigation for the accounts held with the Company and registered under the e-mail address paulo.lomanto@gmail.com, you are hereby informed that it has been established that an abusive trading activity has occurred on certain of those accounts and you are in breach of the terms and conditions relating to one or more promotions made available to those accounts.

This is the Company's final response. The Company reserves the right to take all actions necessary in relation to the aforementioned abusive trading activity.

This is the standard response they give to everyone.After the same response I submitted a claim at the Cyprus Financial ombudsman and after paying 20 euros and wating for some months I got a decision from the ombudsman.He ruled in my favor.The decision was in april and I still didn't receive my money back.Still trying.
 
@Camaral you must open your own indepenent scam alert and submit evidence there.

@lomantpa you may want to consider getting an Cyprus FOS decision. I guess it costs $20 to get it done.

FPA had alreay labeled IronFx as a scam. But some people (several months or years ago) got paid their withdrawals. Some after 3-4 years+. It does appear at least for a few lucky victims, that they were able to get paid because of favorable ombudsman decision.
. But dont hold your breath.
