Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem Is FXDD insured

I am having an issue with a company

The beginning about 3 months ago there was a problem with the company in a transfer request that was delayed for more than two weeks until implementation and after many correspondence and complaints I was promised not to repeat the problem and this was mentioned in the corner of the problems and then the matter was repeated and procrastination was done for two weeks and then the company showed me in an official email that the administration will be transferred to another company and they are no longer tucking the company with a request to wait a few weeks to deal with the new management
Since then, many messages have been sent to all the emails known to the company, and no one has responded to them. I try to communicate even with my account manager but I can't reach him and I really try to access the money in the account and I can't. Does this mean losing my money and proving that the company is not insured
Can someone help

Man, I'm sorry to hear that. If the FXDD you mentioned is on the attachment and they didn't respond, it's likely you've encountered a scam. I suggest you call the police immediately. They are just stalling by not replying for a long time.

Update: Today I tried to contact my account via the MetaTrader platform, and I was completely unable to connect. Then I sent an email to the company to inquire so that I could understand, and there is no response yet.

How did you fund your deposit? Was it through a bank or cryptocurrency? If it was through a bank, there might be a chance they can help with getting your money back.
