Is Riseforex a scam?

More than three weeks ago I joined and payed the service for Riseforex.com. They said that they do not provide a free test in order not be subject to exploitation from people using multiple emails. Since then I received no feedback, in spite of sending numerous emails to their client service email (the only way to contact them!). At this point I am starting to believe that Riseforex.com is a scam.

I payed them through Paypal and I had no contact with them before submitting my payment

What exactly is the problem you are facing?
Didn't you receive any signals?

I payed and since then nothing happened, in spite of myself writing numerous emails to their customer service, which had no reply

File a complaint with PayPal for non-delivery of goods/services.
