Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Nobody can oblige any lawyer to accept to work on any case. That doesn't condemn the lawyer in anything . . .
This kind of cards are usually provided by an external provider. Payoneer is one of the most famous and used one. To have the funds available on the card, a wire transfer has to be done on an account related to the card. It's a "prepaid" card.
.
So the funds on your broker account are not DIRECTLY linked to the card, and a transfer still HAS TO BE DONE for you to be able to access your fund. Withdrawal will NOT be easier AT ALL, and this will NOT help you bypass your account manager and/or UFX. Sorry ...
It appears you misunderstand. No one is suggesting that by posting those lawyers contacted that we are obliging them to do anything; nor does it imply anything regarding their motivations or actions. It is simply a means of making public those entities and the decisions taken.
By drawing them into the discussion, this forum should be improved over the typical (and often ill informed and incorrect) personal opinions that seem to dominate.
I suggest all those seeking assistance here have the actions they are responsible for, plus their interactions with licensed professionals exposed for all to learn from.
I personally would appreciate such licensed legal entities add to this discourse.

After pierreb's latest post today (#23) it is fairly clear to me that this would be a weak case, even if filed against a corrupt broker. The trader made every mistake in the book, and the burden of proof would a difficult hill to climb.
