Can someone from the FPA administration please advise me if my case has been taken up by the 'New Traders Court'? How would I check or know if it has and how it is progressing?
As far as I can tell and after reading the document, 'Traders Court FAQ - How to File', I think I have completed and complied with everything in order for my case to be taken up by them.
