He prmoised to offer me a good service when I chatted with him.after that I funded my accounts and started trading in their company,when I started making profit I decide to withdraw $500 to see how fast they process withdrawal,the money was processed the same day,I was encouraged and continued to trade with them,on the 14/11/2013,I palced another withdrawal of $1200,below the withdrawal info:

They didn’t pay me that same day,I complaint and I was told by the live help that my withdrawal was on queue,I chatted with them many times,complaining that am yet to receive my funds after a week plus and I was asked to contact account@kiwifx.com,I contacted this guys but they sent me this mail:

It seems your company are not the type of company i can enter an agency agreement with,i have been giving you time cause i really want to know how your operate,do you expect me to bring my customers down to a company that doesn't pay customers their money???I have been enduring the delay cause of my previous discussion with your CEO..MR Shannon Henwood,I don't really think he is in business too,i had been waiting for him on skype for the past 12days but he didn't show up .Am just trying to hold back because you are a new company,but now you spare me no chance.how can you delay withdrawal for more than 12days without any excuse.mailed you several times without any reply.Am an IB and Agent for many brokers.things are never like this,i placed my first withdrawal of $1200 since on the 14th of this month but didn't received any funds,and i placed another withdrawal of $500 on the 24th of this month same thing happened and you claimed withdrawal are processed within 24hours.This is the last mail am sending you regarding this issue.i promised you if you don't do the right thing,you will regret this.

Go ahead and file a complaint with Perfect Money. This won't get you a refund, but may result in KiwiFxBank losing the ability to accept Perfect Money.
