I on behalf of OctaFX would like to inform traders and administrators of forexpeacearmy.com that the close study of Knight Capital Markets web-site has revealed that their web-site design in general as well as separate details are plagiarized from OctaFX web-site. We warn you against using the services provided by this broker.

OctaFX will deliver an official request to the management of Knight Capital Markets and their web hosting company and in case of refusal to cooperate we will proceed to take a legal action (our trademark and its elements are registered, and we have all documents certifying it).

We will keep you informed of this proceeding. Actually, we hope that it was made by mistake and Knight Capital Markets will explain and resolve this issue.

Your website shows registered in 2011 and there's shows 1999 (I doubt it).

In order to claim actual infringement, you would have to have proof that the website was done AFTER yours and show your trademarks.

Furthermore, the contact page is the only one that looks really similar IMHO.
