I have a better understanding of the situation now that I have heard from both of you concerning the systems used by GCI.
I will need for you to send me the contract that you have with them. Perhaps this is in the form of a general agreement sent to all clients.
Also to take on the matter we will need a retainer of $****.00 USD. From this amount we will deduct our fees as we go along.
Before we proceed with a claim we will send them a Demand Letter requiring them to pay us the amounts removed and if they fail to do so
Within 7 days we will take legal action, in which case we will claim for all loses, plus interest and legal fees.
It is unfortunate that this company is arbitrarily removing moneys from clients’ accounts.
