Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Why did not you do it? We have been waiting for this information.

There’s a new tool on your website – Forex Quotes. What’s the point using it? There is a Metatrader whith all the quotes and charts. What is that for?

It’s been designed for watching open positions when you’re unable to sign in to your trading terminal MT4.

Dear arbithoven,
Of course it would be much helpful if you post your trading logs for the entire day. From what we have found we can say that there are some problems. Our tech support takes steps to solve them. Please, try to make trades now.
Also take note that a part of your trades violates point 7.3 of Terms of Service. Please do not abuse such trades.

Too many scandals... What if I decide to withdraw the money? How long will it take you to get money from my account?

korvalol, do you use a technical analisis in any way?

I’ve just found your question. Sorry didn’t notice it before. The only thing I use from TA is Japanese candlesticks. Very old method that has been working for 3 centuries. I don’t use any of the indicators.

Ladies and gentlemen, I’ll try to put it shortly:
To solve any client’s problems we ask him to provide us with the log files from his trading terminal. These files are stored in a system disc, in the folders “SIGTrader” => “Logs”. For example, if the system disc of your computer is the C disk and you’ve downloaded your Metatrader-4 from the LiteForex site, the log files will be found at the following address:
C:\Program Files\SIGTrader\logs…

A log file is a text file that records all the actions you’ve undertaken from 00:00 till 00:00. The filename coincides with the date, for example, if the filename is 20100610, it means that this is a log file for the June 10, 2010. Please, archive the whole “Logs” folder before sending your log-files to the technical support department.

Mr Arbithoven’s situation is the following: we received the log-files in a text format for the 8 and 9 of June presented as one file. (Dear sirs, if you really want us to solve the problems you’ve faced, please, do not try to cut off the files you’re sending It’s not of any use because anyway we’ll see your actions in our own logs. But, if you cut off your files we can’t see how much time passes between your request and the server answer)
The log file we got shows that Mr Arbithoven uses a special script for temporary arbitrage. To be more concrete:
2010.06.09 14:31:44 '179808': close order #43050251 buy 1.00 GBPUSD at 1.4441 sl: 1.4443 tp: 1.4504 at price 1.4477
2010.06.09 14:31:22 Script CloseAllOrders GBPUSD,H1: removed
2010.06.09 14:31:22 Script stdlib GBPUSD,H1: removed
2010.06.09 14:31:22 Script stdlib GBPUSD,H1: loaded successfully

This log file also shows that Mr Arbithoven is a bit dramatizing the situation concerning the frequency of requotes and the server reaction time, but it’s quite understandable. Nevertheless, the script that Mr Arbithoven uses doesn’t take into consideration possible “slipping” from the moment of getting an arbitrage quote to the moment when the server begins to process the command to enter the market - no wonder that requotes sometimes happen. This script doesn’t provide the possibility to set appropriate parameters but the window of a new order activation (F9) does.

We aren’t against if a client uses scripts and advisors and at the same time meets the conditions of the paragraph 7.3 of our Quoting Regulations. But only a developer of a script is responsible for its correct functioning.

We’ve changed some settings for Mr Arbithoven and we hope that the problem of requoting and server reaction time won’t be topical any more. The situation will be under our control, please, share the results in this thread.
