On the 1st of April opens an international action «People of every flag are welcome!” its preparation was first announced by the LiteForex company group in the middle of March 2009. Demo accounts often trade in realtime whereas in real accounts you very often have re-quotes which leads to the EA not opening a trade.
With UWC (United World Capital, which at least work very close with Liteforex) it most often took around 10 seconds to place an order on real account. If the quote changed within that 10 sec you get that re-quote. Depending on how volatile the market is it happens pretty often.

Have a look in the log window (tab "Journal") or log files (subdir "logs") of MT4.
Search your log files for the terms "requote" and "market".
