Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Dear Dmity,

I do not like the way you "answered" imszas post.
And it worries me very much that Liteforex is affiliated with uwcfx.com or are the same company.

Would you please take the time to clearly, precisely and detailled answer imszas post?

I felt bad leaving any money at United World Capital if there is so much uncertainity about you and your companies.

Thank you.

Hi Dmitry,

Thank you for your reply. I am more than happy that you have posted your thoughts.
It seems that I was hitting a nerve.
Your comment ->
You can meet me in Москоскком a subsidiary of a company in any convenient day.... You can arrive to us on a visit to Cyprus and talk over with the president of group of companies LiteForex.
<- end of comment

:) You really want to meet me. I did found a nerve!

Maybe not! Here is the reason...
You have some sort of a connection to InstaForex (and you do share the same forum at forextask.com) and if I read their "Our Team" page instaforex.com/team.php and read their hobbies I find this:
Dmitry Savchenko, Lawyer-consultant, Hobbies: weapon
Petrov Alexandr, Clients’ relationship manager, Hobbies: shooting, weapon

What is your hobby Dmitry? :) I think I have to pass on your invitation, but thank you, it's very kind of you!
BTW: Dmitry Savchenko is a lawyer or a law student? (rhetorical questions)

Let's analyze what you wrote back. Your comment ->
I was very much surprised with that you have specially registered at a forum to write this message which became the first.
<- end of comment

I did not registered just to write that article. It is true, that was my first article because I have just found FPA. But you just had the bad luck, that I wrote about you first.

Your comment ->
Also has paid attention, that the message big - you carefully tried to find exposing material for criticism.
<- end of comment

Of course it's big. I wrote about everything I found with quotes and facts and with links provided to the information for everyone who is interested to double check.
It's not my opinion, it's just what I have found.
And of course I look for "exposing material for criticism". I want to know who I give my money to. Is this hard to understand?

Your comment ->
However arguing from an item of the sane person your message calls in me irony.
<- end of quote

What? You are writing that I'm not sane?
Thank you! For proving me that professionalism is thrown out through the window, not to mention it's a kind of childish comment.
But don't worry, I don't take it personally and I want lower my self to this level. It is your right to have your own opinion and I appreciate your honasty.

Your comment ->
Your message big in terms of volume, but empty in respect of a contents.
<- end of quote

Once again, yes, it is a time consuming reading material. I am not looking for your or any other brokers respect.
For me, the traders or let's call them client's, who comes first.

Your comment ->
And it seems to me, that you write not on its own behalf, and on behalf of competitors, attending to black public relations.
<- end of quote

Well, once again you have just proved that you can without any prove clame something that is not true. False accusation, thank you.
But wait and see. Currently I'm waiting for a few SEC's reply for some additional information and as soon as I have them I will post those too. Pay attantion please, they will NOT be related to LiteForex!

Your comment ->
Was concretely for you claims are not present, you try to manipulate scraps of the information and to refer to any sources.
<- end of comment

Everything I posted can be double checked. It is my right to check, double check and verify everything any company claims.
You have provided the information and I have checked those informations! My findings can be viewed by anyone. It is up to any individual to decide what to do with it.

For example, you have decided to take it as a criticism. But what I was hoping for was that you'll learn your lesson and upgrade your web site to be more clear, one that can not be questioned. Your way to reply was your choice.
For any trader or clients who reads my article, I hope that they will learn how and what to ask, that no one should take any information an any web site for granted.

If you are watching any news, like CNBC, you probably heard phrases like "the US government tries to improve the confidence..."
We have passed that stage. Me, and many other traders, we don't want "confidence", we want prove!
People had "confidence" for Madoff. I had "confidence" for my broker and now, my and every other clients money is gone.
If you had really read my article, then you probably read my situation.

I am looking for a new broker, but this time, before I actually handle over my money, I do a background check! I want prove, not "confidence".
I have traded over a year (as a hobby), listened to the news, stayed up all night, many headaches for what? In the name of confidence? So that my broker can take my hardly earned money?
No, my friend, I don't do business with a company name, but the people behind the company.
So, who are you? How solid is your information you post on your web side? (rhetorical question)

I found what I have found and I have posted it for educational purpose. It is what it is.
It also show that people should pay more attention to details what ever any web site says. I made that mistake once.

What is the connection between LiteForex and Mezan-Trade?
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!
I heard about Mezan-Trade in a forum, so I have decided to check them out. I found out that they have a CySEC warning.
I didn't had to write any long article. All I had to do is to send an email to FPA to add this broker to this site with this CySEC warning.
And thanks to me, with the help of the FPA who shares this information with everyone.

IF you would have read my article carefully, you would have seen this
"I did not wrote this article as a personal attack against any person or any of the mentioned companies."

You just had the bad luck that I wrote about you first. So much for your clam that I try to "...attending to black public relations...". It is what it is, I don't make this up...

Dmitry, I didn't asked you any questions because I don't have the answers. I was more interested of YOUR answers to see how you react how you respond. And you did not let me down! Thank you.
I know that Sergey Mayzus is the president of LiteForex, Straighthold, FiveStars . net Corporation, Zaragraphics etc... If some of them still exist, I must add!
There are no secrets on the internet :) I was digging deep and I have the answers. How deep? Let me write a little preview...
You kept mentioning a company, United World Capital, this was a mistake and your boss will not like that :)
UWC has all the proper licenses, I have checked and they are ok. I am also very impressed of their web site where they have all the legal documents online. Great job! 4 starts!
Director: Sergey Mayzus (50%)
Director: Jamal Abeid Fakhory (10%), No additional info
Member: Anna Mayzus (40%), Additional info -> Occupation: Handicrafts (embroidery)

How ever, on the UWC web site, I found this uwcfx.com/company/overview.html ->
United World Capital is a prospective member of the professional bodies such as CIFSA (Cyprus International Financial Services Association), CCCI (Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry), CFSFA (Cyprus Financial Services Firms Association) and SWIFSA (Swiss International Financial Services Association)
<- end of quote

Not much to comment. Big, ROCK-SOLID names....
CCCI (Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry)
CFSFA (Cyprus Financial Services Firms Association)
CIFSA (Cyprus International Financial Services Association)
SWIFSA (Swiss International Financial Services Association)

I'm impressed! Hmmm... SWIFSA ? Wait... Who are they?
President: Sergey Mayzus
Member: Anna Mayzus
Member: Bruno Gerber

Address:
c / o Netincorporation AG
Lättichstrasse 6
6341 Baar, CH

So, UWC is a member of a ROCK-SOLID COMPANY NAME with a c/o address? No phone, fax, email or web page registered? And what/who is Netincorporaion AG?
netincorporation.ch - Incorporate your business in Switzerland - Swiss Company Incorporation

This is just public information collected from moneyhouse.ch
It is, what it is Dmitry... If I would look for a job at UWC and give you a reference to my former employer, I'll BET that you would call to check it! And so do I...
Why is SWIFSA on that page? Are they doing actually something or that ROCK-SOLID fancy name was enough to post it? (rhetorical question)
Who are the traders at UWC for "portfolio managers"? Education? Picture? Experience? I'm impressed by InstaForex web page where I can see and read about the employees, 4 stars. But there are no such info on UWC's site.
I'm not interested of the answer but 23Jamy might be.

What is this web site? uwcfx.biz]uwcfx.biz
Let's see
uwcfx.biz whois.domaintools.com/uwcfx.biz
uwcfx.com [whois.domaintools.com/uwcfx.com

Why Dmitry? Are you sure that you want to be taken siriusly? Please, don't give me a reason to find flaws. Make sure that nothing can be questioned!

Back to the question how deep I'm digging. Ask Sergey who/what is: "Stasik". If he doesn't know or remember, I'm sure he can ask Anna. She'll know, after all Stasik is her "kotya".
No answer is required!

About Rodrigo (JmzRodrigo). You really should refund all of his profit from his trades. You can not prove that those trades where "out-market quotations" since you have removed those information's from your server.
Here is a very serious question, again! In what country it is legal to remove any client or trade information from your server if we considering only "money laundering and the financing of terrorist activities"?
What regulatory body allows this?

Don't worry, I'm done with LiteForex (and Mezan-Trade, UWC, InstaForex). Unless, you keep writing unprofessional personal insults and false accusations. Your choice...
Final word. Let's be honest. Not many people will read my article for not many knows that FPA exists. I didn't, till recently. So upgrade your web site correctly so that current or future clients can see better and check everything you claim. No misunderstanding or misleading information. And be very happy that I will not post my article any where else!

BTW:
your comment ->
And unless on a site it is written, what the company has an office in London? Your imaginations please keep at itself.
-> end of comment
I did wrote "Gives me the impression...". Please, read more carefully

You are right, Straighthold has a domain straighthold.com , and yes, you will be redirected to LiteForex, just as I wrote.

So, whats new? Are we done?
Remember, I'll take no prisoners!

23Jamy:
Don't feel bad, UWC has the proper licenses. You can check that too cysec.gov.cy/licence_members_1_en.aspx . They also have "Investors' Compensation Fund up to €20,000 per client"
You can read the document here uwcfx.com/support/documents.html check if this applies you, and double check with the proper authorities.
Dmitry, help me out. I read somewhere that UWC was regulated by CySEC, but I can't find it. I did not saved that information for I had NO plans to write about UWC for everything seems to be fine.
or 23Jamy you can also ask investmentfirms@cysec.gov.cy directly. The answer will take a couple of days, but you will get a straight answer.

All the best!

Dear iszma,

thank you SU MUCH for the attention and the work you do.
I fully agree with you that Dmitrys answers are more than unsatisfactory!
Maybe not! Here is the reason...
[...]Dmitry Savchenko, Lawyer-consultant, Hobbies: weapon
Petrov Alexandr, Clients’ relationship manager, Hobbies: shooting, weapon

What is your hobby Dmitry? :) I think I have to pass on your invitation, but thank you, it's very kind of you!

Mate, IMHO that's cheap and unfair. You can do SO MUCH better than that.
Always be aware that any representative (at least in real life) just searches for such stupid mistakes to base its "I do not talk to that guy" on it. To not have to answer what you really asked.

I want to know who I give my money to. Is this hard to understand?
FULL ACK!!!

Your comment ->
However arguing from an item of the sane person your message calls in me irony.
<- end of quote

What? You are writing that I'm not sane?
Mate, chill down! He's a bleeding foreigner and unprofessional enough not to re-read his mesages. From the context it clearly means "the same person" (it was /a/ sane person, not the sane).
Again, you can do SO MUCH better than that!

Your comment ->
And it seems to me, that you write not on its own behalf, and on behalf of competitors, attending to black public relations.
<- end of quote
Well, that's (as so much more) pretty cheap of Dmitry. He's no good. But please don't go down to his level of communication.

People had "confidence" for Madoff. I had "confidence" for my broker and now, my and every other clients money is gone.
If you had really read my article, then you probably read my situation.
You sound pretty upset to me, imsza. That would not help your point. As much as I do understand you. As much as I sometimes hope my hobby was weapons too and I could visit some people I lost money with...

I am looking for a new broker,
Mate, be sure that UWC and it's affiliates are the wrong choice. Very bad customer support and a pretty bad base.
You said you watch CNBC. have you seen the latest news where Europeans said the crisis was also based on too lax regulations in some countries?
Have you ever asked yourself why Russians would base their company in Cyprus instead of a really regulated country? I am far from knowing it all, but Greece (Cyprus) is surely almost as badly regulated and controlled as Romania (EU member too).

Not much to comment. Big, ROCK-SOLID names....
CCCI (Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry)
CFSFA (Cyprus Financial Services Firms Association)
CIFSA (Cyprus International Financial Services Association)
SWIFSA (Swiss International Financial Services Association)

Mate, if THAT wouldn't warn one NOT to give any money to them, what else would? At the end of your post you wrote UWC was legal. So many others are.
1) They're Russians. IMHO you cannot trust them.
2) They (unserious) made effort to appear more serious.

In what country? Greece or Romania? BTW: Worst case scenario: You pay a bribe to the supervising agency.

23Jamy:
Don't feel bad, UWC has the proper licenses. You can check that too Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission . They also have "Investors' Compensation Fund up to €20,000 per client"

Thanks, mate.
But how can you say I was safe with them when you have serious doubts that it's true?

BTW, imsza and Dmitry,

I have not found any name or picture of responsible people on uwcfx.com.
I am not an "investigator" like you imsza, he might find some.

But even the "Message from CEO" is signed
"Yours, sincerely,
Chief Executive Officer"

I am about to withdraw my money from UWC. Too much uncertainities. And I do not trust the Greek more than the Romanians or the Russians (which, thank God, are not yet a member of EU)

T.

P.S. Yes, I am/was stupid and naive, I did not investigate enough before sending money to UWC. But if Dmitry is not able or willing to clear everything up I'll go. Even if that meant to loose the money on their accounts.

Needle

Dear 23Jamy,

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate your point of view and I will embrace it.

The FPA web site has some technical flaws, as an example, the maximum number of smiles is 6 (I think). In order to post my reply, I had to remove many of my smiles. So, it's hard to show which part I meant as a joke. Such as my joke about peoples hobbies. For that, I do apologies! I should have been more clear what I mean, and what I think as to be funny! :)
But my point was that I would NEVER write such a hobby on a company page that I would represent. It's about confidence...
Helping out in an orphanage or shooting doves? Which one gives more confidence? But I do appreciate their honesty!
Not to mention, I have a morbid seance of humor ; )

Some times I do show my teeth and emotions, after all I am a human been. It's hard to resist when I get to exited. But thanks for your point of view I'll keep that in mind in the future.

We all know and aware that every company tries to boost up their web site to improve their image. This is not a secret. We have learned to ignore such phrases as "we are the best", "million years of experience" etc...
They try to give us more confidence. Blowing up a balloon. Well, I found my call, to be the needle.

I have nothing against Dmitry, LiteForex, UWC or any other person or companies. I don't want to destroy their or other peoples businesses.
I really hope that companies, in this case LiteForex would consider me as a consult to find all the flaws in their statements. And all this for free.
I also hope that traders/clients, like you, would learn form this as educational material. I made mistakes, no doubt about that. Now, I share my embarrassing experience with others.

If broker companies want to do business with us, convince us to invest in their company, they just has to do better then this. We don't buy a product from a tv shop for $9.99, but we invest thousands of $.

I really can not tell you whether you should or should not to invest at UWC. I really see no reason why not. They try to boost up their web site with SWIFSA, and that's NOT a crime or even TOO strange. They really have all the proper licenses and it seem that they really try to do their best. But it's your money, your call.
I don't know the people in UWC, I have no info. I don't know the traders, account managers etc. I don't know who you are talking too on their online-chat. I don't know if the traders has licenses.... I have no info, sorry.
For this information, you really has to ask Dmitry.
We also has to think about the things we don't know. In this case, we don't know if UWC is working on to upgrade their page, to present the people who is working there with information such as education and experience.
I hope they do, for that would be great!
But how hard can it be when Sergey Mayzus is the president of ZaraGraphics (I hope that he still is till this day), a web site designer company, and yes, guess who designed InstaForex web page...

This is a strange web site, that I have not yet analyzed and probably want either. But, interesting reading material
.uwcpass.com

I forgot to add the proper link to SWIFSA registration, so here it is in English translation:
translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=de&u=http://www.moneyhouse.ch/u/swiss_international_financial_services_association_CH-170.6.000.206-5.htm]Translated version of http://www.moneyhouse.ch/u/swiss_international_financial_services_association_CH-170.6.000.206-5.htm

I gave swifsa a chance and I tried to find their web page, but could not find it anywhere.
I tried with .com .org .net but with no luck, so what did I missed?
swifsa.com whois.domaintools.com/swifsa.com
swifsa.org whois.domaintools.com/swifsa.org
swifsa.net whois.domaintools.com/swifsa.net

You get funny information's from these links :)
So, I don't know what it means to be a member in this SWIFSA or how to become a member. Sorry...

Yes, I continue to look for an other broker. But this is because I'm over paranoid! ... I think, and I know that Dmitry will agree with me on this :)

All the best!

It is very interesting. In a theme there is a second person just registered, but already with an accurate line of groundless criticism :)

I felt bad leaving any money at United World Capital if there is so much uncertainity about you and your companies.
You have a concrete claim and you are the client of the company? If it not so I do not understand what for you.

Edit: Why is the porn post still online in your forum?
About what you speak?

You really want to meet me. I did found a nerve!
Come on a visit. We will be glad to a meeting.

You have some sort of a connection to InstaForex (and you do share the same forum at Forex Forum | forex club | metatrader) and if I read their "Our Team" page Instaforex, The Best Forex Broker Team and read their hobbies I find this:
Dmitry Savchenko, Lawyer-consultant, Hobbies: weapon
Petrov Alexandr, Clients’ relationship manager, Hobbies: shooting, weapon
You probably have confused surnames. My name is Dmitry Ivanov. Dmitry is a widespread name :)

What is your hobby Dmitry?
My hobby - charity and mathematics.

Dmitry Savchenko is a lawyer or a law student? (rhetorical questions)
I do not know it. If it is interesting to you - ask him.

I am glad that all of you have understood. Though purely concrete questions was not. I think so.

Back to the question how deep I'm digging. Ask Sergey who/what is: "Stasik". If he does not know or remember, I'm sure he can ask Anna. She'll know, after all Stasik is her "kotya".

I do not know these people. Therefore I can not answer you.

About Rodrigo (JmzRodrigo). You really should refund all of his profit from his trades. You can not prove that those trades where "out-market quotations" since you have removed those information's from your server.
The given question has been already considered and closed. The company has arrived according to regulations with which the client has agreed. Any questions are discussed directly only with clients. You are a person extraneous, to Rodrigo no ratio have. Therefore I do not see sense to continue with you discussion of already decided question.
