Уважаемые трейдеры!
Я напишу правду про LiteForex, Вы сами судите!
Я как традер на рынке форекс с 2011 года, с LiteForex торгую с 2014 года.
26.01.2018 я сделал отзыв на сумму 1500 $, до 01.02.2018 не было мой отзыв, мне сказали в течение 14 дней мы отработаем ваш отзыв.
Хотя в регламенте другие цифры. Клиентское соглашение (5.1.3. Вывод средств осуществляется в срок от 1-ого до 3-х рабочих дней).
02.02.2018 ночь Брокер закрыл 2 мои позиции на сумму -720.2 $ -724.41 $ (без никакого предупреждения).
Я написал жалоб, после нескольких дней мне ответили (вернем ваши позиции), и потом тишина, не вернули позиции и не ответили на мое письмо.
Позвонил по 88007072963 и сказал, если не решайте мою проблему и не отвечайте на мои письма, на всех форумах, мы будем писать об этом, говорят скоро решают и по емайл ответиять.
Потом каждый раз ответили по разному, и все ответы противоречили друг другу, это все спектакль был для того, чтобы клиент забыл про эту проблему.
Но я каждый раз ответил и попросил, что вернули то, что украли,
потом все скинули на поставщика ликвидности - контрагента (ваш взгляд был на закрытом месте, мы не можем их пере открыт)
Я написал - напишите сайт этого (поставщик ликвидности - контрагента) чтобы мы смогли уточнить этот вопрос
ответили (Данные о поставщике ликвидности не распространяются) .
много раз я написал что предоставьте данные контрагента-поставщика ликвидности, не ответили и до тех пор не отвечают,
перестали отвечать на мои письма, потом мне пришлось написать на разные форумы, после этого начинали отвечать на мои письма, но уже ответ другой
Ордер 76055212 и 76130724 закрыт, при маржинальном уровне 99.26% (Компания имеет право на принудительное закрытие открытых позиций Клиента)
Выяснилось что в этот раз брокер раздвинули спрэды на индексы в 9-10 раз, я до сих пор не получил ответ (причины раздвижение спреда в 9-10 раз )
(Ваша заявка сейчас находится на рассмотрении. Наши специалисты проверяют ваш счет и причины раздвижение спреда.
В то же время мы ожидаем ответа от поставщика ликвидности о проверке поступающих котировок.) И после этого не ответили (Легко воровать, да тяжело отвечать).
То что компания мне ответил все противоречит правилам написано на сайте.
Хочу написать нарушения LiteForex
1- 26.01.2018 я сделал отзыв на сумму 1500 $, не было мой отзыв по регламенту. Это Нарушения
2- Раздвижения спреда в 9-10 раз, до сих пор не получил ответ причины раздвижения. Это Нарушения
3- Закрыли 2 мои позиции по Margin Калл 100%, на сайте написано Уровень Стоп 20%. Это Нарушения
4- У LiteForex на сайте написано что-то для CLASSIC Комиссия нет, на мой счет CLASSIC взяли комиссии. Это Нарушения
5- LiteForex не проверяют почту, где обязательства перед клиентом потом напишут что не получили письмо. Это Нарушения
6- У LiteForex на сайте написано одно но говорят другое. Это Нарушения
7- Клиентское соглашение - компания почти каждый месяц его меняет в свою пользу. сегодня добавить новый пункт, а завтра ответит клиент что у нас есть такой пункт. Это Нарушения
8- Обвините клиента без никакого основания. Это Нарушение
в разных форумах обвинили меня в нарушениях регламента и ..., представитель компании Михаил Л.Ф. написал (Клиент нарушил регламент, за что было наказано.)
Когда спросил что нарушил клиент, ответил (Я не являюсь юристом или юридическим лицом)
Короче не хотели вернут мои деньги и когда узнали, что я хочу написать регуляторам, блокировали мой счет и удали его из моего кабинета.
Я сколько раз написал письмо и попросил решить проблему путем переговоров , но всегда получил один ответ
(По факту вашей заявки была произведена проверка, результатом которой стал отказ в возмещении средств.)
После того как на форумах много трейдеры интересовались, компания написала мне письмо (компания готова разрешить Ваш случай на следующих условиях: отправлен новый договор, чтобы я подписал)
На все форумы я должен написать что-то невральное.
Клиент обязуется не распространять в будущем негативную информацию о компании, в противном случае компания имеет право преследовать клиента в суде и ....
конечно я не подписал такой договор.
Я готов решить проблему, но без никакого нового договора, то что взялось из моего счета вернут на мой счет и активировать его.
На все форумы напишу что мы с LiteForex нашли общий язык путем переговоров, Если можно удалить, тогда Я удалю все отзывы, которые написал.
LETForex или опубликовано там новости и аналитики
сейчас представители LiteForex по-разному заходит на форумы и меня называют мошенниками и как будто я работаю в интерес других компаниях
и напишите в админ форумах и других сайтах и просят что заблокировали меня, чтобы я больше не смог написать про LateForex, и некоторые админам даже деньги предлагали за удаление моих отзывов

significant violations of the Agreement on quoting system and
transactions procedure. We have grounds to believe that you get a
risk-free profits by the hedging of swap-free positions in LiteForex

I was interested on eur/try and usd/try, my style is long term trades, in this account i can´t trade this crosses, i don´t understand why ?
Normally , i open a Little account and increase the funds when i am confident with bróker..,
please tell me about this problem that i have written above.

significant violations of the Agreement on quoting system and
transactions procedure. We have grounds to believe that you get a
risk-free profits by the hedging of swap-free positions in LiteForex
with another broker. The company has suffered the losses because it has
