Summary of my issue with @LiteForex Official
1. They stop out my account of $7592.62 at around -6700 floating loss despite the fact that my margin level was way above the 20% stop out level and when I confronted @LiteForex Official on various occasions presenting calculations that proves that there claim about my account were wrong they lied about my balance in two different occasions given two different figures as my balance in their efforts to justify their misdeed ($7500 and 7452.57). despite the fact that figures on statement of account when calculated shows that my account balance was actually $7592.62. i have asked @LiteForex Official for explanation on the discrepancy both on FPA and via email no explanation was given at all they still can not explain their lies ( see attached screenshots and statement of account) fellow FPA please find attached the statement of account for 19/02/2021 and on it you would see that i had a closing balance of $7252.86 and a statement of account for 22/02/2021 which if you add all the profit i made on that day and minus the losses you will have a total of $339.76 if add my closing balance of 19/02/2021 and my total profit for 22/02/2021 before the stop out you will have $7252.86 + $339.76= $7592.62
NOTE account was stop out at stop on 2021.02.22 16:16:49
2. When I challenge them in there traders chat room about thesame issues they still could not answer the questions then they try to use there employees posing As traders in the chat room to plead with me to delete my reviews and thread on forex peace army when i refused the bared me from the chat room and they deleted my massages with the evidence I uploaded and then they use those same employees who are possing as traders to smear my name (see screenshot).
3. @LiteForex Official my question are as follows:
i. how can one account have two different account balance at thesame date and time?
ii. Why did you for the first time ever not send me my daily confirmation or statement of account the day you stop out my account ie 22/02/2021
iii. Why did you lie about my balance claiming $7500 and $7452.57 despite the fact that records shows that my balance was actually $7592.62.
iv. If you lye about my account balance what else did you lie about.
if @LiteForex Official can answer all the above satisfactorily i will consider dropping my case against them if not then this is just the beginning.

It’s called a daily confirmation not monthly or annual confirmation, you are required to send it to me at the close of business every day to confirm if the transaction history is correct not months after.

1. i want to believe there is no dispute about my closing balance of Friday 19/02/2021 which is $7252.86, please find attached here a statement of account of monday 22/02/2021 on which I highlighted clearly the ticket number, date and time of each transaction and the closing and loss or profit amount for each trade that was close before the stop out time (2021.02.2021 16:16:49). When you add all profits and minus all losses between 0000hrs of 22/02/2021 to 16:14hrs of the same day you will have a total of $339.76 As profit made. So when you add my closing balance of Friday 19/02/2021 with profits made before stop out on (2021.02.22 16:16:49hrs) you will have a total balance of: $7252.86 + $339.76= $7592.62
Please fellow FPA users someone else should please calculate and tell us the figure you have As this would go along way in helping us resolve the dispute.

2. @LiteForex Official my floating loss was not more than my balance because my floating loss was just around -6700 and my balance was $7592.62 and the fact that you lied at first saying that my balance was about $7500 when I confronted you in your chat room and when i prove to you that your calculations were wrong that even by your own fabrication my equity couldn’t have been -800.60 as you claimed then turned and said no my balance was $7452.57. it Is simple arithmetic one account can not have two different balance at the same time. and this proves that all your claims are full of ****. And i am highly disappointed that with all your accountants you can provide precise calculation on how you stop out my account. @LiteForex Official please stop conflicting yourself with your claims.

This goes along way in showing how fraudulent you are, because you can not explain your fabrication you sayin $150 does not make any difference, in this kind of case every dollar counts and as such you most account for it, and for your information $150 can save an account of ten million, so please get your story straight and stop beating around the bush or acting dumb. If you can not give an accurate account of my trading account without given conflicting figures then you should refund my money, because there is no justification why I should accept what you did when you yourself can not explain it.

1. @Braima As you requested, i have taking time to carefully calculate your balance as per the attached account statement and it is true that @Braima profit between the hour of 22/02/2021 00:00hrs to 16:14:24hrs which was the last position that was close you have a total of $339.76 as profit made before the stop out of his account at 16:16:48hrs which invariably means that when his profit is added to your closing balance of friday 19/02/2021 you will have a total of $7252.86 + $339.76= $7592.62 (screenshot) so that means @LiteForex Official are lying and @Braima was right all along about his balance.
2. @LiteForex Official if you say difference of $150 is nothing then I think its safe to say that you have no busses being a broker because that means you can not be trusted. in this business every dollar every cents counts and you must give proper and accurate account of traders money in your custody.
3. I think it is right to say that @Braima was targeted and his money stolen because @LiteForex Official believe he would not go into the details of his account statement and that is why when @LiteForex Official were giving out statements of account they did not check to see if the figures they are giving adds up or not.
4. And my own additional observation to what @Braima earlier said is that the closed trade profit/loss of 22/02/2021 was -8049.62 (please see statement) so my question is how then do you arrive at the conclusion or say that you applied a zero balance correction of 800.50$? Because when I checked as per your claim on the screenshot attached if you saying that @Braima account balance before stop out is $7500.
8049.62 - 7500 = 549.62 then zero balance correction would have been 549.62$
And if you say his balance was $7452.57.
8049.62- 7452.57 = 597.05 then zero balance correction would have been 597.05$
How then do you explain your claim that you apply a zero balance correction of 800.50? It is obvious you just rushed and cooked all this believing he would not go into the details of the statement or you believe he doesn’t have the expertise to verify your claims.
The fact that you intentionally refused to send him his daily confirmation the day you stop out his account automatically means that his records for that day was not confirmed by him couple with the obvious discrepancy in @LiteForex Official claims shows that all their claims are a total fabrication and should not be accepted by @Braima
At this junction i will call on the FPA moderator and admin to critically look into this because there are alot of question that need answers must especially from @LiteForex Official.
lastly find below profit/loss for all closed positions before account was stop out at exactly 16:16:49 on 20.02.2021
