Looking for a good broker to let the game begin.

Hello Gentlemen,

I am looking for a broker allowing scalping with very low spread, typically 0.5 in the london session on the EURUSD, with a very fast execution speed.

I need a regulated broker, well known and with a good reputation, who can give me back my money if they bankrupt.

I own 3000 €.

Could you advice me ?

My research led me to FXCC, do you know this broker ? What do you think about it ?
