Looks like I'm another victim of NoaFX

This is my first post and I signed up specifically to see what my options are. I started trading with NoaFX in June and deposited $1,500. Got up to just under $2k and requested a withdrawal request on September 20th. The withdrawal request was approved two days later. The wire never came through and they claim they've tried twice and now it's December 13. It's been 84 days, I've given them two different banks to try and I have yet to receive my money back. They also took out money from how much my return was suppose to be because they had to pay for a bank return fee.

I have all the e-mails saved and all the communication from a "Kevin Smith" on skype. I've now sent them several e-mails and messages and they won't return any of them.

Any options?

Unfortunately, NoaFx already marked as a scam broker by FPA based on Traders Cases and Votes, You can read more about it here http://www.forexpeacearmy.com/forex-reviews/12222/www.noafx.com

Now come to the solution, I can suggest you share your story on their social media pages and also invite theme to this thread to explain the situation.

Social pages are:

I've invited them to this thread however I doubt they'll join. Good thing it was only $1,500.

If you deposited by credit or debit card, have a chat with the disputes/fraud department at the card's issuing bank. Explain how your attempts to withdraw are being met by fraudulent delays.

It was through wire transfer. I did it that way so that I could get it back the same way. Apparently that thought process didn't work out.

Updated: I finally received my money back. Not all of it, they claim they reduced the amount I received due to bounce backs from failed wire transfers but I got most of it back.

Thank you all!

83 days is 83 days too long. I would still file a court case.

If a company is already labeled as a SCAM by FPA, does that mean no more court cases will be heard?
