Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

I am having an issue with a company
@Blueberry_Markets it's these negative reviews that provide potential new users the transparency that you will not advertise, The reality is few people will fully read the extent of every clause in the terms and conditions / user agreement. So whilst on a legal standing your I the right, on an ethical standing your time to action these errors (on your behalf). I'm sure your very quick to action errors on a users behalf to benefit yourselves. The term 'scam' is thrown around and your quick to defend it solely on the grounds of your functionality. We all know how every broker has mechanisms to maintain the books in theire favour, and iv read plenty about 'wicky behaviour' at times. But post trade corrections, after statements have been issued.....surely these should have been spotted and addressed by the relevant employees/staff upon the submission of the users monthly statement. These statements are after all, our legal documents as users when it comes to tax calculations. I'm of the opinion this post remains freely available and is linked to a review as its something all should be aware of before signing up to you.
@timbuffett please update the final outcome to this , good or bad, it will be very good for all to see. I feel for you mate and hope all is resolved favourably. Keep at them, and be sure to report to regulators. If theire within theire rights it shouldn't affect them so any evasive or incompetent action from them thereafter will just add insult to theire allready incompetent behaviour.

Which BB entity did you sign up with?

This is exactly why this scam broker @Blueberry_Markets is able to get away with all of this. They are literally EightCAP hiding behind a fancy website…once their games start there is no going back - as the regulations are Mickey Mouse and they know they can get away with it.

Best of luck and if it’s any consolation even with AFCA they would still find a way to get away with their dirty tactics (albeit it will be slightly harder for them to do so).

Forex dealing license is basically the white collar version of a casino, depending on the underlying business model of the brokerage.

I think a settlement may be reached to th3 benefit of both parties.
